Anjuman I Islam’s Abdul Azim Khatkhatay English Primary School
celebrated Foundation Day on 21st February 2019.Anjuman I Islam has completed 145 glorious years. We celebrated this day enthusiastically and joyfully. An artistic banner was also put up. We started our programme with our own anthem, Tarana E Anjuman.
It is a day set to celebrate our history and revisit and reconnect
with the continuing journey. It was a very special day for all the
Anjumanites. Mrs Rahiya Baig, Head Mistress explained the importance of Foundation Day and gave a brief description of Justice Badruddin Tayyabji, first acting Justice of Bombay High Court who was one of the founder member of Anjuman I Islam. He saw that the need of the hour was educating people of the Muslim committee.
A dream doesn’t become reality through magic, it takes sweat,
determination and hard work.
Anjuman I Islam started with a few students and now grown up to
a strength of about 1,10,000 students. It includes Pre Primary to Higher Secondary to Junior Colleges to Post Graduate with many Professional Colleges too.
Head Mistress also limelight on present President of Anjuman I
Islam Dr Zahir Kazi who want to see the students flourish in their field of education and as a good human being, a good muslim and a worthy citizen.
Dr Asma Shaikh ,Principal of Anjuman I Islam’s Akbar Peerbhoy
College of Education was specially invited to enlightened the
significance of this day. She motivated the students by her dnamic
Head Mistress distributed President’s message among the
teachers. The programme ended with vote of thanks by Head Mistress Mrs Rahiya Baig.
We rejoice in the love of Anjuman that bonds us together.

Republic day


Republic day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at Anjuman –I-Islam CST school. The ceremony started at 10.00 am  in the school ground with large crowd of staff and students. Our honorable president Mr. Zahir I-Kazi graced the organization with his presence & unfurled the national flag. parade & march pass band competitions were held in the school. The students saluted the National flag and pledged to up hold the honour and integrity. Mrs.Salma mam took up the duty of gracing the day by her comparing.. All the student performed with all their skills ,talents & ability . Our school bagged 1st prize in march pass competition .Our student did very well in the march pass. The programme which was very appreciated & applauded by one & all. The program ended with the singing of National Anthem.



Traditional Day was celebrated with great enjoyment and enthusiasm in our school on 24 January 2019. Children from Nursery to were dressed up in colourful tradition of various states. We arranged our cute blossoms as the outline of our country “INDIA” to feel proud for our nation, in order to prove that we are “UNITY IN DIVERSITY” and to show great respect towards our nation. It is a great moment for us with joy and pride with great efforts by our children. Children with traditional attire such as colourful attractive dresses, ethnic jewellery and presentation to show that we all stand together to celebrate the spirit of our Indian tradition .All the students gathered on the ground and did ramp walk with their partners with their same constumes to show their love and respect for their country and to promote ‘UNITY IN DIVERSITY’. Indeed, it was a day of joy for all, a day to show our love for the nation.

Red Day


Pre-primary school of Anjuman .A.A.K Vashi celebrated RED DAY along with Christmas party on 24 December 19. Children were attractively dressed in different shades of red. Red is the warmest and brightest colour. It symbolizes love, life, power and courage. The children enjoyed the day by doing fun activities related to red colour. The teacher also showed the importance of red colour by showing seasonal fruits vegetable which are good source of nutrition ,flower and object of that particular colour. This activity helped the students to recognize and learn the names of fruit with their colour. It was complete fun day for the tiny tots of the preprimary as we celebrated Christmas party on this same day they all dance on jingle song by wearing Santa’s cap which was made by them in a activity . Children were looking very energetic in vibrant red colours outfit. Teacher from our section decorated the classes with red accessories and with red balloon. All of us enjoyed this celebration along with kids as the Christmas celebration bash and had a great day. All teachers enjoyed this activity and it was a great success.
